Instructions step-by-step:
1.) Get a shoe box, (does not matter the size.)
2.) Make 2 holes on the same side of the box. One larger hole in the middle and a smaller one next to it.
3.) Get a lens, old or new (magnifying glass etc.) and place it inside the larger hole.
4.) Be aware and verify no light is reflected into the box, except for the lens reflection.
5.) create two equal lines (size of a popsicle stick) and attach black foam to the stick on either side.
6.) attach the two sticks half way on a white sheet of thick paper and put it in the middle of the box.
7.) Leave just enough stick on the outside of the box so you can adjust the image closer and farther away for a clear image.
8.) The black foam will move along with the popsicle stick allowing no light inside.
9.) Place the box lid on top.
10.) Take the box outside (preferably on a sunny day) and an image from outside will reflect though the lens upside down.
11.) You may view this image through the peeping hole next to the lens.

individual cAmera obscura:
I used a tissue box and inside placed a white background for the reflected image. I then made another white cut out and made two holes, one for myself to see through and another for the light to shine through.
